I'm getting bad at this

Hello.  You may have thought I died or something...I didn't.  I'm just lazy.  Well that's not true.  Here's what's been happening:

1) End of September I went back to DC for my 5 year college reunion.  It was a lot of fun, most of my favorite people were able to come to DC.  There were 7 of us (I think) staying at Jess's new studio apartment.  It was great to see everyone.  It had been some time since I had a full weekend in DC, so it was good to be able to do it right!  Of course it wasn't a trip to DC without visiting Pete Papageorge:

2) I landed back in London on a Monday morning, and then four days later headed off to Geneva for a conference.  It was very productive, but I saw nothing of Switzerland.
3) I was back in London for two weeks.  I got a chance to meet Tank (Sio and Big James' baby) and then went out with Cam in Soho for birthday drinks for one of her friends.  While there, I met a boy.  Hung out with him a bit before I left for the next conference.  More on that later.
4) I headed off to Amsterdam for a week for a conference.  It was a really good conference and I actually got to see some of the city!  Of course, I didn't see any of the museums or anything because I only had free time at night, so that was disappointing.  I couldn't believe the red light district.  I felt very uncomfortable...like I was doing something very illegal that I was going to get yelled at for (that is walking down the street with naked women in the windows...I didn't actually DO anything!).
5) Back to London for a week, hung out with that boy some more.
6) Off to the states for a conference.  I looped in a trip home to see my family.  It was a short trip (a week total, 4 days in texas, 3 days with the folks), but it was good to get home and see everyone.  I ended up going into the city to see my brother's new place so that was really good as well.
7) Back to London.  I'm not travelling again until Christmas.  It's been an INSANE few months, but it was worth it, and now I'm getting ready for the big Christmas season.

Ok so now with this boy...I have some how managed to land myself a boyfriend.  He is meeting all of my friends on Saturday when he comes to Thanksgiving dinner.  In the past, we've had Thanksgiving dinner at my friend Allison's house.  This year, she has a baby, so it's a bit harder for her this year.  V is hosting it at her house, and I'm being the advisor on food.  I've got a 9.1 kilo turkey in my freezer, and then I'm doing the gravy (obvi), stuffing, and making a pumpkin pie.  I've assigned side dishes to everyone that's coming...we've got about 17 people coming so it should be interesting!!

Other than that, work is going very well...so just need to make it through the next month!
